We require two working days’ notice for all repeat prescriptions placed before 12pm.
You will be contacted for payment or to discuss any queries within 48 hours of your request.
Orders placed on a Friday after 12pm may not be processed until the following Monday and may not be ready for collection until Tuesday.
If your pet has not had a veterinary check in the last six months or is unstable on its medication, we are unable to provide a repeat prescription until we have examined them. This is a legal requirement for all prescription medications.
If you require medication for multiple pets please submit a separate request for each one.
If you have not heard from us within 48 hours, please call the branch you will be collecting your order from.
