You will be contacted for payment or to discuss any queries within 72 hours of your request.
Orders placed on a Friday after 12pm will not be processed until the following Monday and may not be ready for collection until Wednesday.
If your pet has not had a check-up with one of our vets in the last six months or is unstable on its medication, we are unable to provide a repeat prescription until we have examined them. This is a legal requirement for all prescription medications.
If you require medication for multiple pets please submit a separate request for each one.
If you have not heard from us within 72 hours, please call the branch you will be collecting your order from.
