Veterinary Surgeon

Hi I'm Lisa, I graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2016 and worked at Broadway Vets as a new graduate for two years before moving onto a busy charity hospital in Liverpool for four years. I have recently returned back to Broadway which has given me a sense of 'coming home'.

I enjoy all aspects of small animal practice but my main interests are surgery, veterinary education and pain management. I am a veterinary GDP advisor and enjoy being a mentor to new graduates helping them develop in their new careers. I have enrolled onto the ABVA (Association of British Veterinary Acupuncturists) course and hope to use my new knowledge and skills in practice very soon. 

Outside of work my main passion is travel. I love exploring in my campervan with my partner and three dogs - dachshunds Wilson and Walter and our rescue spaniel Willow.  Failing that you'll usually find me up a mountain as I'm a keen hiker. This summer I've completed the Tour du Mont Blanc and trekked through the Atlas Mountains to summit Mount Toubkal.
